Shipping & Returns


Your Unused item(s) may be returned within 30 days of ship date. Simply follow the guidelines below.

*Important: Items received after 30 days of the ship date WILL NOT be eligible for a refund. Any defective item (Except for Inflatable Items) or incorrect shipment, will be replaced at no shipping charge to you. The date of receipt is determined by the shipping carrier at the time they deliver the package to your shipping address.

Returns accepted on all items (except custom or special order as well as Inflatable Items) in new, unused/unopened condition within 30 days of purchase for a refund less any shipping and handling charges and a 30% restocking fee.

Prior to returning your item(s), you must contact (email) us to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization. Please submit your request online. Items returned WITHOUT an RMA will NOT be accepted. For your protection, we suggest all returns be sent back to us with a tracking # . All returns must be shipped back to us in their original packaging. The original and return shipping expenses are the purchasers responsibility.

Refunds can only be issued to the credit card used on the original order.

Upon receiving your return, we will inspect it and approve it for a refund. Please allow 10 business days after receipt in our warehouse, for your return and refund to be processed.

*Please contact us for further assistance, if your refund does not appear on your statement within 4 weeks OR one billing cycle.

Shipping: Our products are shipped via Fed Ex Home Delivery and UPS Home Delivery depending on the weight and size of the package. Fed Ex Ground 3-8 Business days delivery time and UPS Ground is 2-7 business days delivery time. We currently do not offer overnight shipping.

In stock items are shipped on standard business days and usually ship within 2-5 business days of the date the order was placed-depending on current order volume.


We Do Not Ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO, Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, Puerto Rico & Virgin Islands.

For Orders shipping to Canada, Please email us with the product model and "Ship To" Address, and we’ll provide an exact shipping cost.

You will receive an email confirming your order upon checkout and the status of the order will be updated once your order is ready to ship. We will send you an email confirming the tracking # so that you may track your package.
